We design and build innovative production lines emphasizing efficiency, consistency, flexibility, and rapid changeover. With state-of-the-art capabilities and a relentless commitment to quality, we position production as a competitive advantage—not merely a cost center.

Our company is growing fast: the Fort Worth, Texas production facility will be at full capacity by the end of 2025 with plans of opening a second location by years end. We are looking for professional, talented and driven individuals to join our team and grow with the company.

About the role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around the work site. Their duties include preparing merchandise and securing it for safe, easy transport, using radio communications to determine priorities and performing regular machine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
  • Store materials in assigned locations.
  • Various daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, as assigned.
  • Conduct regular recurring cycle counts of various inventory categories.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory organization throughout the day.
  • Coordinate with Quality Manager and Quality Technicians to perform inbound and outbound quality checks.
  • Coordinate with Operations for daily shipping and receiving schedules, and ensure all inbounds/outbounds match BOLs and Purchase Orders/Packing Lists.
  • Identifying and recording the location of inventory.
  • Responsibly operate forklifts, pallet jacks and stretch wrappers.
  • Drive trash and dumpsters to the back throughout the day; fill and operate baler daily.
  • Comply with and adhere to all facility sanitation and safety regulations in materials receiving, storing, and shipping.

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to effectively and responsibly operate (or learn to responsibly operate) warehouse equipment and machines, including forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and balers.
  • Experience with safety procedures and protocols.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team atmosphere.

Physical and environmental requirements:

  • The use and wear of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • The ability to move, lift, push, and carry objects up to 50lbs.
  • The ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
