About the role:
As a Technical Operator, you will play a key role in the operation, setup, and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe manufacturing processes. What you'll do:
- Operate and adjust beverage production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions, rotating through stations as needed to meet production goals.
- Monitor line performance, identify potential issues, and communicate promptly with maintenance or leadership to resolve them.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and reliable operations.
- Stay adaptable — learn multiple lines and equipment to provide coverage where needed most.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in every task.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork, with consistent attendance and engagement on shift.

Essential Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform hands-on, physically active work for extended periods — up to 12-hour shifts.
- Frequently and repetitively lift, push, or carry up to 35 lbs as part of daily operations.
- Able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout long production shifts.
- Comfortable performing a range of movements such as bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and climbing, sometimes in tight or elevated spaces.
- Capable of climbing and maintaining balance on ladders, platforms, or other elevated work areas when required.
- Able to detect process or safety issues through sight, touch, and hearing, and respond appropriately to signals or alarms.
- Skilled in handling tools and fasteners accurately and efficiently within expected production cycle times.
- Willing to work around common industrial materials and follow all safety and waste-handling procedures.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — including safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, bump caps, or respirators — and adhere to all company safety standards.
