Operations Coordinator
Who we are:
Very Good Manufacturing runs beverage production for leading alcohol & alcohol alternative brands. We specialize in distilled spirits and ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, and our high speed canning and bottling lines accommodate all TTB approved sizes and fill levels. We have an on-site R&D Beverage Laboratory for private label concepting & formulation.
Our company is growing fast: the Fort Worth, Texas production facility tripled in size in 2023, and we are planning multiple facilities for expansion. We are looking for professional, talented and driven individuals to join our team and grow with the company.
About the role:
Our Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary - from detail-oriented document review/scanning/filing to scheduling, communications, and running errands. We are looking for candidates who are smart, motivated, and enthusiastic about getting things organized and getting the job done.
Compensation:
$52,000 - $62,000
What you'll do:
- Document Management: Scanning & filing paperwork, ensuring all files are organized and in the correct locations. Coordination across teams to make sure that all documents are completed and filed in a timely manner.
- Personnel/Staff Coordination: Assist department leaders with staff scheduling. Manage communications/coordinate schedules as directed by department leaders. Assist with scheduling and executing employee training sessions and company events.
- Facility Contractors Coordination: Interface with various on-site contractors, managing scheduling, ensuring scope of work, and communicating status updates and results to department leaders.
- Phones: Assist with answering phone calls, and routing inquiries to appropriate parties.
- Facility Organization & Supplies: Make detailed checklists as to stock levels for each area of the facility. Order new supplies as needed to keep the facility fully stocked. Work on organizing specific areas of the facility, and coordinating with our cleaning team or handymen to make sure that various projects are completed and items are always put away properly.
- Errands: Run out to take packages to UPS, get coffee for client meetings, take product samples to vendors, and other various short local errands as they come up.

- Must have the ability to take general directives and work independently to implement solutions
- Must be capable of maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
- Must be a quick learner, with a passion for improving processes and systems that make operations run smoothly
