About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Blending Operations Lead will support liquid processing operations at our Fort Worth location. The ideal candidate has strong experience in beverage liquid production, can execute batching schedules, and understands quality and sanitation best practices.

Compensation:

$22 per hour

What you'll do:

• Support processing & blending operations at the Fort Worth location
• Ensure ingredients are received, stored, and used per GMPs and Quality SOPs
• Conduct daily quality checks and maintain documentation
• Execute liquid changeover procedures
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule for Tank Room and liquid processing activities
• Assist with CI/Tank Room initiatives implementation
• Communicate with customers, vendors and external parties regarding liquid processing
• Maintain team compliance with food safety program
• Train new Tank Room team members
• Submit work orders for maintenance requirements

What you'll bring:

• Strong desire for accuracy and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years experience in beverage processing, sanitation operations, flavor production, or similar
• Strong knowledge of liquid processing operations
• Experience in beverage quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor under pressure
• Quick learner with interest in process improvement

Physical and environmental requirements:

• The use and wear of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• The ability to move, lift, push, and carry objects up to 50lbs.
• The ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
