We're Hiring — Beverage Co-Packing Jobs in Fort Worth, TX
LIQUID OPERATIONS
$18 - $26 per hour DOE
Blending Technician
About Very Good
We run bottling and canning for the biggest spirits and beverage brands in the world - names you'd recognize on any back bar. It's relentlessly challenging and a lot of fun.
Our best hires come from everywhere: engineering, fabrication, craft brewing, military maintenance and logistics, software startups. What they share isn't a background. It's a mindset: curious about how systems work, precise by instinct, and and more alive when things get interesting.
If your background is non-traditional but this description sounds like you, please apply.
The Role
The Blending Technician supports the execution of batching, blending, and sanitation operations for our liquid production. You will work under the direction of the Lead Process Engineer to precisely weigh ingredients, follow batch records, execute CIP procedures, and maintain accurate documentation across production runs.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role. The work is detailed and repetitive, and that’s the point; consistency is how we deliver quality at scale. You will be expected to follow SOPs exactly, ask questions when something doesn’t look right, and take pride in the precision of your work.
Compensation
$18 - $26 per hour DOE

- Add ingredients to blending tanks following prescribed sequences, timing, and procedures.
- Monitor batch parameters for deviation from specification.
- Maintain complete and accurate batch records and process documentation.
- Assist with tank transfers, product movement, and equipment setup between runs.
- Pull in-process samples as directed and deliver to QC lab for testing.
- Learn to run basic QC tests (Brix, pH, turbidity).
- Execute CIP/COP procedures on tanks, blending vessels, transfer lines, and related equipment following established SOPs.
- Prepare cleaning and sanitation chemical solutions at correct concentrations.

Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with precise, repetitive measurement tasks.
- Ability to follow written SOPs and batch records exactly as documented. You follow directions carefully and ask questions when something doesn’t make sense.
- Physically able to perform demanding production work: lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, working in variable temperature environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and improve.
Any of the following are a plus
- Experience in any production, manufacturing, or hands-on mechanical environment.
