About the role:
As a Flex Production Line Team member at Very Good Mfg, you will be working on a high-energy production team making a variety of beverages. This role is designed to support our production needs during peak times or as demand arises, offering flexible hours and a dynamic work environment. Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you will be trained to operate machinery, maintain production flow, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Compensation:
$16 - $18 per hour
What you'll do:
- Learn and practice all safety procedures, startup/shutdown procedures, and facility rules/GMPs.
- Operate machinery on the production line, understanding the escalation path for safety and/or technical issues.
- Monitor production output and ensure materials are supplied according to the production schedule.
- Keep the production line organized with the correct inventory to optimize output.
- Work with the Production Line Lead and Quality Control Technicians to manage inventory and documentation.
- Ensure finished goods are properly palletized and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pack-out.
What you'll bring:
- Preferred but not required: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn how to operate production and packaging equipment.
- A strong desire to develop leadership skills and grow within the company.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bonus Points:
- Experience safely using tools and machinery associated with trade and/or maintenance work.
- Familiarity with typical warehouse/manufacturing equipment such as fillers, seamers, labelers, pallet jacks, and/or pumps/piping.
- Forklift certification.
