About this role

The line is yours to run — and so is the team on it. You direct the operators, set the pace, and make the calls that keep production moving and on spec. You know the equipment well enough to see problems coming, and you guide your team through them: assigning who does what, stepping in where they need you, and pulling in maintenance or quality when it's the right move. You set the standard on your line, and your operators work to it.

What you'll do

• Become the expert on every machine on your line — and train your operators to run each one safely.
• Direct the team: assign the work, set the pace, and keep everyone on task.
• Watch output and call the improvements — uptime, reliability, productivity — on your line.
• Keep materials supplied and finished goods palletized to SOP, with the right inventory to keep output flowing.
• Work with your Head of Production, Maintenance, and Quality through the shift on documentation, follow-ups, and keeping every machine in top shape.
• Run end-of-shift tasks and reports.

Who we're looking for

• A strong technical operator ready to lead. Above-average mechanical skill — you can run production and packaging equipment, not just one station.
• 1–2 years in food or beverage manufacturing.
• You read the floor: you catch what's off early and keep a cool head when the plan changes.
• People follow your lead. You set the standard and the newer operators learn from how you work.
• You communicate clearly in English, on the floor and across shifts.
• Must be 21 or older.

Schedule

Our production schedule is growing fast — more shifts on more lines — so we prioritize candidates who can flex across shifts. Current shifts:
- A (5am–1pm)
- B (2pm–10pm)
- C (8am–4pm)

Work environment

Safety-sensitive position in an active production facility. On your feet for the full shift, regular lifting up to 35 lbs, variable temperatures. PPE required and provided.
