We blend, bottle, and can distilled spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails for the biggest beverage-alcohol brands in the world, names you'd recognize from any back bar. Brands like that don't take a co-packer's word for quality. They send their own auditors, who pull records and walk the floor. We are looking to build the system that keeps product safe, keeps people safe, and keeps passing those audits with room to spare. This role builds and owns that system, then oversees it on the floor while production runs.

• Write the quality system. HACCP and food safety plans, SOPs, specs, batch records, sanitation and CIP verification, supplier approval, CAPA, document control. Written for our lines and our people. The bar every document has to clear: a new QC tech, alone on night shift, can run it without calling anyone.
• Run quality while the lines run. You're on the floor daily. Fill checks, seam and torque checks, date codes, label ID, proofing, batch record review, holds and dispositions, release decisions. When something's out of spec at 6am, you decide what happens next. You lead the root cause work after.
• Own the audits, all of them. Customer audits from the largest brand owners in spirits, the BRCGS certification you'll lead us through, TTB and TABC recordkeeping. When client quality teams visit, you're the person in the room.
• Safety is yours too. This plant moves glass, forklifts, and high-proof ethanol. OSHA programs and training are yours: lockout/tagout, hazcom, hot work, forklift, incident investigation. Same standard as the quality docs: written to be used.
• Build the department.

• 7+ years of quality in food, beverage, or spirits manufacturing, including real time in a plant running high-speed bottling or canning lines.
• You have personally and recently: written a HACCP or food safety plan from scratch, owned a CAPA from nonconformance to verified close, and hosted a customer or certification audit. You can walk us through all three in specifics, because you were the one doing them.
• Working command of at least one GFSI scheme at practitioner level. BRCGS ideally; FSSC 22000 or SQF depth transfers. Slide-deck familiarity doesn't count.
• Sufficient safety background to own OSHA programs at a small plant, or a track record that says you'll build that competence fast.
• You write clearly and with purpose. The output of this job is documents people use.

Helps, but not required: PCQI or HACCP certification. BRCGS auditor or SQF practitioner training. Spirits or TTB experience. ASP, CSP, or another safety credential. Spanish. Plant-startup experience.

$130,000 to $160,000 per year depending on experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus. PTO, medical and dental. Full-time, on-site in Fort Worth.
