We blend, bottle, and can distilled spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails for the biggest beverage-alcohol brands in the world, names you'd recognize from any back bar. Four lines run under one roof, two bottling and two canning. Brands like that don't take a co-packer's word for it. They send their own auditors, who pull records and walk the floor.

The floor they walk got cleaned the night before, by whoever was left at the end of second shift. We want it to be somebody's whole job. You come in while second shift is still running, and as the lines shut down for the night the floor is yours. When you leave, the building is clean and the log agrees. This job sits in our Quality department on purpose.

• Clean the production floor: Sweep, scrub, and use the walk-behind floor cleaner around all production lines after shutdown. Drains, walls, and the corners a mop skips on its own. Wash down mats, replace supplies, run the laundry.
• Collect and dispose of all trash and cardboard. Every trash can is emptied and relined, cardboard broken down and baled, the dock area and dumpsters kept squared away.
• Clean and restock the restrooms, break room, offices, front entry.
• Follow and initial the nightly cleaning log as you finish each area.
• On most nights you are the last person to look at every corner of this building. Report anything that looks out of place on the nightly log.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You show up on time, every night you are scheduled. Reliable transportation, and a plan for the night the car won't start.
• You clean the same when nobody is checking.
• You read the label before you mix anything, and you ask if you are at all unsure.
• You can work from a written checklist, and fill it out clearly, leaving notes as applicable.
• You are comfortable on your feet for the full shift, pushing a mop, a cart, or a floor scrubber.
• You have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.

$18 to $22 per hour depending on experience. Part-time, evenings, on-site in Fort Worth.
